1. What details does Frezamet Bis make?
We produce precise turned and CNC milled parts based on the customer's technical documentation. We specialise in the production of small metal components, technical components, and parts for small-batch and large-batch production. We can handle both simple elements and more demanding parts requiring high manufacturing accuracy.
2. What does the valuation process look like?
To prepare a quote, please send a technical drawing, 3D model, or a sample of the part along with information on the quantity and material. We will analyse the project in terms of manufacturing technology, lead time, and production costs. We will then prepare an individual offer tailored to the client's needs.
3. What materials do you process?
We process, among other things, steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, brass, copper, and selected
engineering materials. We select the appropriate processing technology depending on the type
material, technical requirements, and the intended purpose of the component.
4. Do you make prototype parts?
Yes, we also carry out the production of prototypes and short test series. This allows the client to verify the design before commencing larger serial production.
5. Do you carry out small and large-scale serial production?
Yes, we specialise in the serial and large-scale production of CNC parts. Thanks to our modern machinery, we are able to ensure repeatability, high quality, and timely deliveries even for large production volumes.
6. Is it possible to order a small test batch?
Yes, it is possible to carry out a short test run before commencing full production. This solution allows for the verification of the part's functionality and the optimisation of the design for production purposes.
7. What is the standard processing time?
The completion time depends on the level of detail complexity, quantity, and material availability. We typically complete orders within 2-4 weeks. For ongoing partnerships, we establish delivery schedules individually.
8. Do you sign NDAs / confidentiality agreements?
Yes, we respect the confidentiality of our clients' technical documentation and projects. We sign NDAs upon request and ensure complete discretion in our collaboration.
9. Do you ship products abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Poland and to European Union countries, including, but not limited to,
Germany, France and Italy. We cooperate with manufacturing companies and foreign partners.
10. Do you provide quality control for details?
Yes, each stage of production is subject to quality control. We check the compliance of the manufactured parts with the technical documentation and customer requirements, ensuring dimensional accuracy and production repeatability.
11. Do you handle express orders?
As our production capacity allows, we also fulfil express orders. For urgent projects, please do get in touch, and we will endeavour to propose the shortest possible lead time.
