How does the reverse engineering process work?
- Analysis and measurements - we use precision scanning techniques, coordinate measurements and digital shape analysis to reproduce the original part with maximum accuracy.
- Creation of technical documentation / 3D modelling - we prepare complete documentation, including technical drawings, material specifications and dimensional tolerances. On the basis of the data obtained, we create accurate digital model in CAD systemsallowing subsequent modification and optimisation
- Processing and production - The final stage is the manufacture of the workpiece using modern machining technology, ensuring the highest quality and precision.
