  • It is necessary to make a replacement for a part not available on the market, especially for older machinery and equipment.

How does the reverse engineering process work?

  1. Analysis and measurements - we use precision scanning techniques, coordinate measurements and digital shape analysis to reproduce the original part with maximum accuracy.
  2. Creation of technical documentation / 3D modelling - we prepare complete documentation, including technical drawings, material specifications and dimensional tolerances. On the basis of the data obtained, we create accurate digital model in CAD systemsallowing subsequent modification and optimisation
  3. Processing and production - The final stage is the manufacture of the workpiece using modern machining technology, ensuring the highest quality and precision.
